Located in Villa Palmeras; one of the forty sub-barrios of Santurce, a barrio of San Juan. A quiet block not far from the beach but on the “other side” of the highway.

Only the ground floor unit has on-site parking. The top unit relies solely on street parking.
 

Access Codes & Unlocking Procedures

The access codes will be sent through the Airbnb platform a day before your arrival. If you don't receive the codes by 9 a.m. (PR time) the day before your arrival, please don't hesitate to ask.

Departure Instructions:

  • Time: 11 am. Please inform us if you plan to leave earlier, so we can arrange for the cleaning team accordingly.
  • Return all keys to the lockbox.
  • Place any borrowed items back in their original location.
  • Turn off all lights and air conditioners before you leave.
  • Taking out the trash would be greatly appreciated, but not required.

  • Occupancy: Please adhere to the maximum occupancy of guests as stated in your reservation. This includes all guests, regardless of age.
  • Unauthorized Visitors: Only guests listed on your reservation are permitted on the property. Please refrain from having additional guests or unauthorized visitors.
  • Quiet Hours: We kindly request that you observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. During this time, please be mindful of noise levels and refrain from playing loud music or engaging in activities that may disturb other guests. Parties are strictly prohibited.

Smoking, Drugs & Pets

  • Smoke-Free: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Any violation will result in a $250 cleaning charge.
  • Pet-Free: Pets are not allowed on the property.
  • Illegal Activities: The possession or use of any kind of illegal drugs on the property is strictly forbidden. Any suspected violations will be reported to the authorities, and the involved guest(s) will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
