Originally Casa Castellana, re-named Casa Los Cummins and is currently called Casa Sevilla.

ℹ️ The house was originally built in the 1920s and renovated in the 1950s. During the golden age of Condado society, the house was the scene of many a lavish party in its rooftop penthouse and expansive terrace.
