Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Late check-out and early check-in are subject to an additional charge. They are only possible if no other check-ins or check-outs are scheduled for that day. Given the possibility of last-minute bookings and cancellations, please check closer to your arrival date to confirm.

Is parking available, and how do I access it?

Yes, at least two cars will fit comfortably. You can locate the access control/beeper in the lockbox located beneath the welcome sign outside the gate.
What should I do to open the garage if there is no electricity? To open the garage manually, remove the lid and use a key. For further instructions, view the video provided in this link. Contact us so we can inform you about the key's location.

Access Codes & Unlocking Procedures

Digital Doors - The outdoor and main house doors are fitted with digital keypads. Codes are provided via the Airbnb platform a day before your arrival. If you do not receive the codes by 9 a.m. (PR time) the day before your arrival, please don't hesitate to ask.
There are two lockboxes - one next to the welcome sign that contains the garage beeper, and another next to the main entrance, which holds keys labeled for the rest of the house. Additionally, a full set of keys can be found on the entrance table.

Departure Instructions:

  • Time: 10 am. Please inform us if you plan to leave earlier, so we can arrange for the cleaning team accordingly.
  • Return all keys to the lockbox.
  • Place any borrowed items back in their original location.
  • Turn off all lights and air conditioners before you leave.
  • Taking out the trash would be greatly appreciated, but not required.

House Rules & Policies:

Occupancy Limits & Quiet Hours

  • Occupancy: Please adhere to the maximum occupancy of guests as stated in your reservation. This includes all guests, regardless of age.
  • Unauthorized Visitors: Only guests listed on your reservation are permitted on the property. Please refrain from having additional guests or unauthorized visitors.
  • Quiet Hours: We kindly request that you observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. During this time, please be mindful of noise levels and refrain from playing loud music or engaging in activities that may disturb other guests. Parties are strictly prohibited.

Smoking, Drugs & Pets

  • Smoke-Free: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Any violation will result in a $250 cleaning charge.
  • Pet-Free: Pets are not allowed on the property.
  • Illegal Activities: The possession or use of any kind of illegal drugs on the property is strictly forbidden. Any suspected violations will be reported to the authorities, and the involved guest(s) will be asked to leave the premises immediately.


Layout & Amenities

Please report any damages immediately for us to address them.
Refrain from moving items like ping pong and table tennis equipment, as they can easily get damaged.
DO NOT FLUSH excessive amounts of toilet paper, diapers, sanitary napkins, or non-flushable wipes down the toilet.

Air Conditioning Controls

❄️ The AC must be set to snowflake mode to cool down and it should NOT be set below 70 F (20 C). Setting it lower than 70 F can cause condensation, potentially damaging the walls and other items. Do not use AC when windows or doors are open.


🥡 Trash must be removed DAILY.


Avoid showering simultaneously as this can reduce water pressure and temperature.
🔦 As water and electricity outages might occur, we only review for compensation cases whose time frame exceeds 12 hours. If the outage continues and guests decide to seek new lodging, we will provide a 100% refund for the unused days under these circumstances (not applying regular refund policies). If guests decide to stay despite limited services, a discount may apply only for the days without service.
