  1. Mar 22, 2023 - Matt requested a reduced quote. No hot tub, no pergolas, no labor, no appliances, no screen shower glass or BBQ. Just a furniture quote + remove the quote for the studio so only quote 8 units. Shelly will furnish the studio as an office. $90,000 for furniture and a $10,000 fee for Lucy’s commission.
  1. Mar 29, 2023 - Matt's new quote request. Remove *BBQ, pergola, glass for a shower, jacuzzi, labor *just furniture for 8 units only. (not including studio). A fee fixed to 20,000 and a budget for 100k furniture and labor.
  1. Apr 8, 2023 - Estimated budget for 8 apartments +  Labor cost +  Nifty Fee. Proposal style for Deco to get a reference idea, and check with you if we are on the same page.
    1. Labor is $15 p/h.
    2. 20% fee over budget + total budget 100K + + 30K labor without defining.
